"I have a rescue calico who was cuddling up to Pat within ten minutes tops (probably closer to 5). Her kittens are both skittish enough to be officially "unadoptable", but Pat was able to confirm visually throughout my job that the shyer one was still present and accounted for and also sent me an email with cute pics of slightly more friendly kitten w/mama. Pat also texted several times during the time I was away to keep me updated and was fine with the "eek I forgot to tell you this/this/this" email I sent (she was "this helps me too"). The vet tech background was useful since I've never had kittens before and wasn't sure of "how much do they have to weigh for stuff?" In general, would rec :)."
